Luke Dowdney wins sport category for The Telegraph’s Amazing 15

In June 2012 Luke Dowdney, Director and Founder of Fight for Peace, was selected as one of Britain’s 15 most exciting talents by British newspaper The Telegraph. The winners of each category were announced on Saturday July 28 following a public vote and Luke was victorious in the Sports category.

During his interview to The Telegraph for the accompanying article celebrating the winners, Luke spoke of his work with Fight for Peace and what had originally motivated him to start the project: “To see kids come in and go all the way to the top is inspirational for me”.

Aside from the Sports category, there were winners selected in the fields of Arts & Culture, Technology, Food & Drink and Design.
